We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our fast-growing, innovative real estate firm and drive our expansion into new markets and client segments.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging real estate trends, potential clients, and new profitable investment areas (e.g., commercial, residential developments, land banking).
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events. This involves bringing in new clients for property purchases, sales, and management services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential investors, corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact during the initial stages of engagement.
Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our firm's unique value proposition and real estate offerings to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to deal closure and execution.
Reporting: Track all business development activities, measure results against set targets, and provide regular, detailed reports to senior management.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably within the Real Estate, Finance, or Investment sectors.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial and real estate concepts clearly.
Networking: A proven track record of successful networking and establishing high-level professional relationships.
Self-Motivated: A high degree of self-initiative, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Must reside in or close to Jabi/Utako/Gwarimpa
