About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the visibility of our website, increasing organic traffic, and driving high-quality leads.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute SEO strategies, monitor performance, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases relevant to our industry, products, and target audience.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns, to improve domain authority and online visibility.
• Technical SEO: Perform technical audits and resolve issues that impact website performance, such as page speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability. A deep understanding of redirect and site migration strategies is also important to us
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-focused content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and landing pages.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitor SEO strategies, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to stay ahead in the market.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software. Create regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with UX and CRO teams to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize conversions from organic traffic.

Requirements
You’ll have an added advantage if you have the following skills or have used any of the following tools before:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console proficiency.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
