We are Seeking to hire an innovative and driven brand manager to lead our efforts enhancing brand visibility and driving growth in the UAE and Nigeria, while also expanding our presence across Africa.
As a vital member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of our creative and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Direct and inspire a diverse team of employees to foster a creative and productive work environment. Ensure all team members are aligned with the company’s vision and objectives related to visibility and sales growth.
Brand Development: Champion the IDA Beauty brand, ensuring that it resonates well within the UAE, Nigeria, and other African markets. Develop and implement effective strategies for brand positioning and recognition.
Marketing Strategy: Design and execute innovative web and online marketing strategies, including B2B outreach and social networking initiatives, to enhance our online presence and engage with potential customers.
Influencer Collaborations: Identify and partner with key influencers within the beauty sector to promote IDA Beauty through strategic campaigns and social media initiatives, amplifying brand reach and engagement.
Sales Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of income and outgoing sales, ensuring accountability and efficiency in distributing products and services across multiple regions.
Financial Oversight: Manage accounting functions related to marketing expenditures and sales revenues, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Operational Safety: Ensure that all company operations adhere to safety standards and best practices, taking responsibility for risk management and compliance.
Expansion Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and scalability across different African countries, tailoring strategies to local markets.
Maintain company health and safety standards.
Manages all union personnel and handles any and all issues relating to production concerns, HR issues, rates, In addition, serves as backup to the production coordinator when required.
Manage all logistics connected to all third party website remote productions for organizational needs by working closely with our talent employee.
Manage all budgetary issues in relation to production.
Oversees projects within assigned show units
Provides objective feedback and coaching on performance to staff and freelance. personnel and shares feedback as required
Directly manages other production coordinators and responsible for the handling and trafficking of sensitive information (budgetary, fee-related).
Supervises the safe and efficient conduct of company operations.
Develops and leads a team of employees.
Develop and implement strategic business plans with all key accounts. Play a lead role on carrying through cross functional projects and initiatives.

Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business decisions.

Upload photos to platform and tag photos / files
Collect architectural sets and millwork from the store design department
Collect data across multiple departments through key stakeholder follow up.
Requirements
Interested candidates must have relevant qualifications with proven experience managing a beauty and makeup brand in the last five years.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
