We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Retail

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
• Ensure average 80% product request for reorder level each MONTH
• Minimize LPG tank variance to less than 0.1% MONTHLY
• Publish Retail manuals for both unit training and Operations Manual by end of 2025
• Achieve revenue growth rate of 10% per month for gas
• Ensure achievement of minimum 10% of gas sales each MONTH are from retainers by the end of 2025
• Establish company managed non retail services in at least 4 Stations before end of 2025
• Achieve Minimum operating margin of 10% per MONTH for all products
• Achieve ZERO variance each month between End of day (EOD) Bank POS balances and EOD Retail POS
• Achieve prepayment (Minimum 24 hours) level of minimum 30% for all retainership sales by end of 2025.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 8 years experience.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,200,000 per month.
