Job Title: Female Internal Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Internal Sales Executive to support our sales operations within the engineering and oil & gas sector.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in preparing technical and commercial tenders, using procurement platforms like Ariba, and managing internal sales processes for products such as pipes, fittings, valves, and instrumentation.
Source and respond to Request for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from private and government entities.
Prepare and compile tender documents in accordance with customer requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, technical) to meet submission deadlines.
Manage electronic bidding platforms such as Ariba, NIPEX, SAP, etc.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Act as the primary internal liaison between sales, procurement, and engineering departments.
Quotation & Proposal Management:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, pricing sheets, and purchase offers.
Track and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely response and closure of deals.
Ensure all proposals are aligned with company pricing strategy and margin expectations.
Order Processing & Client Support:
Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the order cycle (inquiry, quotation, order, delivery, invoicing).
Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain updated records of all sales activities, correspondence, and documentation.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Track tender outcomes and provide win/loss analysis.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field.
3–5 years’ experience in internal sales, technical sales support, or tendering within an engineering, procurement, oil & gas, or industrial environment.
Proven experience preparing and submitting tenders and quotations for technical products.
Strong understanding of sales processes in oil & gas, engineering, or construction industries.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Ariba, NIPEX, SAP, or similar procurement portals.
Familiarity with industrial products (pipes, valves, fittings, instrumentation, mechanical/electrical components).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
