Regno Media Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer 

Location: Gbagada, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Handle staff welfare, payroll preparation, and leave management.
• Support performance management systems and coordinate staff appraisals.
• Organize staff training and development programs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and submit accurate HR reports to management on a monthly basis.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification like CIPM is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
• Highly confidential, approachable, and people-oriented.
• Ability to resume immediately (start date: 6th October,2025).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
