Job Title: Online Order Taker

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Are you smart, organized, and customer-focused?
• Join Bankyloolas as an Online Order Taker and be part of the team driving sales and customer happiness through our digital platforms.
• The Online Order Taker will manage all online orders received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, outlet teams, and dispatch riders.
• This role involves upselling and cross-selling, updating customer records, managing WhatsApp communities, and ensuring timely deliveries, all while maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders via social media platforms.
• Manage dispatch riders and oversee delivery logistics.
• Maintain and update customer databases and EPOS records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Manage Bankyloolas WhatsApp communities with updates, status posts, and broadcasts.
• Coordinate with outlet sales teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
• Work closely with the strategy/content team for promotions.

KPIs (Success Metrics)

• 100% Sales Target Achieved.
• 100% Report Credibility & Timely Submission.
• Maximum order accuracy with minimal delays.
• At least 80% engagement across WhatsApp community.
• 100% Compliance with SOPs and processes.

What We’re Looking For

•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
• Excellent communication & customer care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or order management is a plus.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and target-driven.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 1 Day On/ 1 Day Off
• Time: 8:00am – 9:00pm (Full-Time, Onsite).

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
