Job Description

• We are on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Go High Level Expert Digital Marketer with a strong background in the beauty industry.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a deep understanding of social media management and a creative approach to content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions within the beauty industry.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience, while managing community interactions.
• Analytics and Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing, that aligns with brand messaging and engages our target audience.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement strategies to drive retention and sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
• Manage and grow IDA Beauty social media presence
• Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies
• Utilize SEO knowledge and ads management to optimize online engagement
• Identify and target potential customers, including beauty enthusiasts, influencers, and makeup artists, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the African market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IDA Beauty makeup products in the Middle East and Africa market.
• Curate and manage content across all social media platforms
• Engage with the audience through strategic posts and campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies
• Brand strategy, budget and planning
• Strong online presence management and operational excellence
• Monitor and enhance IDA Beauty brand presence across platforms
• Ads and campaigns
• Artwork (Stories and Posts)
• Sales Funnel Strategy
• Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns on multiple platforms
• Caption writing, detailed analytic
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to track campaign performance
• Craft engaging and informative captions to complement visuals that align with the brand values & message
• Captions (EN & AR)
• Conduct thorough research to identify and implement effective hashtags.
• Develop and execute strategies designed to attract and convert leads through all channels
• Comprehensive Analytics & Brand Awareness, sales funnel that will leverage data-driven insights to boost IDA Beauty brand online presence in the Middle east and africa facilitate lead generation
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and digital sales techniques is crucial for selling makeup products online. The ability to navigate online sales channels and drive online revenue is a valuable skill.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the beauty industry.
• Expertise in Go High Level platform and its functionalities.
• Strong understanding of social media management and best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / month.
