We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant - Upload Manager & Story Enhancement

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage uploads of all long-form and short-form videos across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Ensure all metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) are correctly formatted for SEO and discoverability.
• Review edited videos and note timestamps where story or message impact can be enhanced.
• Suggest ideas for AI-powered re-enactments, motion inserts, or visual dramatizations to improve narrative flow.
• Maintain a structured publishing calendar, ensuring videos are released on time.
• Track upload progress and report daily status to the team lead.
• Collaborate closely with the video editor to align enhancements with the creative direction.
• Ensure content meets platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, duration, resolution).
• Document ideas and enhancement notes in shared templates for team review.

Key Skills Required:

• Familiarity with major platforms (YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Creator Studio).
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Interest or experience with AI storytelling tools (e.g., Pika, Runway, Kaiber, Midjourney) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic research ability to identify visual enhancement trends.
• Attention to detail and consistency in tracking uploads.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to creative tools.

• This position is part of a youth-focused creative development program, open to candidates aged 25 or younger.
• We welcome individuals who are passionate about storytelling, visual creativity, and digital publishing — especially those eager to explore AI tools as part of the next generation of media production.
