Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
• Develop and present creative grill menu options.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef, Cook, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different grilling methods and seasonings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
