Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic, polished, and service-oriented Dancer’s Manager (Female) to oversee, guide, and elevate our dancers’ operations and performance standards.

Role Overview

• The Dancer’s Manager will be responsible for the coordination, grooming, and overall management of Exotic Dancers.
• She will ensure that dancers are well-presented, trained, and aligned with the entertainment and customer service standards of our clubhouse.
• This role requires leadership, tact, and the ability to manage people in real-time, resolving issues swiftly while upholding professionalism and the club’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Exotic Dancers during operating hours.
• Ensure dancers are well-presented at all times (appearance, grooming, costumes, hair, and makeup).
• Coordinate dancers’ schedules, performances, and floor rotations.
• Enforce discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Resolve dancers’ operational issues in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
• Investigate dancers’ complaints or disputes, providing policy-driven solutions.
• Work closely with entertainment teams (DJs, Hypemen, Bottle Service, Floor Managers) to synchronize dancers’ performances with the nightlife flow.
• Train and mentor dancers on performance etiquette, customer engagement, and stage presence.
• Monitor dancers’ interactions with customers to ensure professionalism and compliance with club standards.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to maximize upselling opportunities through dancer engagement and presence.
• Report on dancers’ performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues to senior management.
• Ensure an environment of safety, respect, and customer satisfaction while balancing entertainment and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment venues (preferably managing performers, entertainers, or service staff).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer service centric with the ability to handle VIP clients discreetly.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Stylish, confident, and well-presented — good appearance is essential.
• Exposure to nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle industries is a big plus.
• Ability to multitask and make fast decisions in high-energy, fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and festive seasons.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
