Job Title: Bottle Service Manager

Role Overview

• The Bottle Service Manager will oversee all bottle service operations, directly managing the Bottle Girls, coordinating glorification routines, and collaborating with DJs, hypemen, and client service teams to maximize upselling opportunities.
• This role is both operational and strategic, requiring leadership, creativity, and an understanding of how entertainment, sales, and service come together in the nightclub environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and supervise all Bottle Girls, ensuring they remain aligned, professional, and guest-focused at all times.
• Oversee and approve all glorification activities (sparklers, dances, bottle parades, etc.) to maintain consistency, quality, and brand image.
• Collaborate with DJs and Hypemen to time glorification with music, announcements, and upsell moments.
• Monitor floor activity to know when to use glorification as a sales strategy to attract and convert higher spending.
• Switch game nights (A, B, C) seamlessly in collaboration with the sales team to fit the entertainment theme and customer expectations.
• Ensure Bottle Girls’ routines (dance and presentation) are executed with energy, synchronization, and class.
• Confirm and sign off on extra paparazzi bottles or special glorification requests while ensuring profitability.
• Track bottle sales performance, upsells, and glorification requests for reporting and improvement.
• Work with the Client Service Managers to ensure upselling strategies are consistent across the team.
• Maintain a culture of excellence, professionalism, and team spirit among the Bottle Girls.
• Handle customer concerns regarding bottle service and resolve them promptly.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and performance expectations for the bottle service team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality bottle service management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of Bottle Girls.
• Deep understanding of upselling techniques and glorification as a sales driver.
• Excellent collaboration skills with DJs, hypemen, and customer service managers.
• Creative flair for choreography, timing, and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy, fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and during peak holiday events.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month
