We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • This role isn't for a typical salesperson; it's for a natural-born dealmaker—a true "Rainmaker" who thrives on bringing new business to life.
  • If you have to try to sell, this isn't for you. If you have an innate, effortless flair for building relationships and closing major deals, keep reading.

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our B2B services, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on high-value corporate clients.
  • Generate Revenue: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across all our core service areas (HR Consulting, Recruitment, Training, and Digital Marketing).
  • Strategic Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends in HR and Digital Marketing to strategically position ESPRITSOR's solutions.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably within the consulting, professional services, HR, or IT sectors.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to manage a complex sales pipeline.
  • A professional demeanor and presentation suitable for engaging with corporate clients.
  • Social media management skill is a powerful advantage.
