Job Description
You will be the engine room of our online presence, responsible for:

• Content Creation: Ideating, scripting, filming, and editing engaging, high-quality content (video, graphics, copy) across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook). Think property tours, neighbourhood spotlights, funny office skits, and real estate market insights.
• Community Management: Actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments and DMs, and building a strong, positive online community.
• Strategy & Analysis: Developing and executing our social media strategy, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to ensure our content is delivering maximum "ginger" (excitement/impact).
• Brand Voice: Ensuring all online communication maintains our brand's professional yet vibrant Nigerian voice.

Requirements (Our Non-Negotiables)

• Proven experience professionally as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Exceptional command of English and fluency in the Nigerian digital/youth culture.
• Must be proficient in using content creation/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• A portfolio demonstrating your creative video and graphic design skills.
• Must be able to commute to our office and must live within or around Gwarimpa, Jabi, Utako, or Jahi.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
