We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling business solutions.
This position requires the ability to feel comfortable communicating in a professional and effective manner with C-level executives, presidents, owners, and directors.
What do you need to be successful?
Identifying Opportunities: Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities that align with our company's goals and offerings.
Building Contacts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals in target markets. ---Leverage your network to generate leads and referrals.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in collaboration with the sales and executive teams. Ensure that contracts and agreements meet both parties' expectations.
Market Research
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

As a skilled Business Development Officer, you significantly making sales and marketing; also strategic thinking, relationship building, market analysis, and risk management.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in building
Contacts and driving revenue growth.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify client needs, present solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Relationship Building
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Ability to identify market gaps and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Results-Driven: Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
