Role Overview
At Eden Forever Christmas Decorators, we create magical festive experiences for homes, businesses, and communities.
We are seeking a creative, organized, and client-focused Social Media & Customer Care Officer to drive our online presence, manage client engagement, and support our sales/marketing goals.
This role combines social media management, content creation, and client communication.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can design eye-catching content, engage our audience, and ensure every online client inquiry is responded to promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, flyers) in line with brand style.
Monitor trends in social media, festive décor, and client engagement, and apply them to content strategy.
Track and report on social media growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
Content Creation & Design:
Develop creative content, including graphics, short videos, and festive marketing campaigns.
Use design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) to produce professional content.
Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to align content with seasonal promotions and sales targets.
Client Communication & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for all client messages, DMs, and inquiries via social media and email.
Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Forward leads to the Operations Supervisor and update the client engagement tracker.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
Maintain excellent customer service standards in every online interaction.
Collaboration & Support:
Support the sales/marketing team with promotional campaigns.
Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve services.
Contribute creative ideas to seasonal campaigns and festive promotions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in social media followers and engagement.
Response time to client inquiries (target: within 1 hour during work hours).
Number of client leads generated via social media.
Quality and consistency of content posted weekly.
Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 – 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong skills in content creation (graphics + short-form video editing).
Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight festive season deadlines.
A passion for creativity, festive décor, and client service.
Experience in a customer-facing or service-related industry is an added advantage.
