Job Summary
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources practices and processes.
This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and culture building.
The ideal candidate will ensure HR strategies support the company’s goals and foster a healthy, high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top wellness and administrative talent.
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment aligned with company culture and wellness values.
Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.
Organize team-building activities and wellness-related employee engagement programs.
Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs and implement professional development plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback.
Assist department heads in setting KPIs and goals for team members.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and best practices.
Maintain and update employee handbook and policy documentation.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leave, benefits, etc.).
Manage payroll inputs, timekeeping, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced wellness-focused environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
