Job Title: Event Manager

About the Role

• We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Event Manager to join our agency team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact brand activations, corporate functions, product launches, and experiential events for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• You’ll work closely with creative, production, and client service teams to bring bold ideas to life — on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event management — from concept development to post-event evaluation.
• Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Liaise directly with clients to interpret briefs, present event concepts, and manage expectations.
• Develop event budgets, timelines, and production schedules; ensure financial and operational efficiency.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to maintain top-tier event standards.
• Oversee on-site execution, logistics, and team coordination during events.
• Ensure seamless integration of brand identity across all event elements — visuals, messaging, and experience.
• Manage event reporting, including ROI analysis, performance metrics, and feedback reviews.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technology, and experiential innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing events within an agency or brand environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for design and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency in event management and productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Cvent, Asana, Eventbrite, MS Office Suite).
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as events require.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with experiential marketing or brand activations.
• Familiarity with digital/hybrid event formats and streaming platforms.
• Vendor and stakeholder relationship management expertise.
• Strong leadership skills — ability to lead cross-functional teams and freelancers.
