Job Summary
The Human Resources Officer at Exquisite Wellness World is responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions to ensure a positive, productive, and wellness-driven workplace.
This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws—while upholding the organization’s mission of promoting holistic health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational needs.
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Promote a healthy, respectful, and motivating workplace culture.
Organize wellness initiatives and staff engagement activities.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance review cycles.
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and retention strategies.
Ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.
Training & Development:
Identify staff training needs and organize professional development programs.
Support leadership and team-building workshops.
Encourage continuous learning aligned with wellness values.
Compliance & HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to foster a wellness-oriented and inclusive workplace culture.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
