Job Description

• The Patrol Supervisor is a vital position within the Security and Investigations industry, responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within a designated area.
• This role involves coordinating patrol activities, leading a team of security personnel, and ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, allowing them to guide and motivate their team to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• The Patrol Supervisor will need to effectively communicate with management, staff, and clients to address security concerns and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
• Additionally, this position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen ability to assess and respond to various situations that may arise during patrols.
• The successful applicant will also be instrumental in conducting investigations related to security breaches, incidents, or any suspicious activities, ensuring that all matters are documented and reported promptly.
• This role requires a thorough understanding of security operations, as well as the ability to train and evaluate personnel to ensure high standards of performance.
• With a focus on maintaining safety and security, the Patrol Supervisor will play a critical role in fostering a culture of vigilance and responsiveness within the security team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all security patrol activities in assigned areas.
• Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular assessments of security operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing effective leadership during critical situations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to security activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to report on incidents and security status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
