Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand market presence.
Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
Ideal candidate must be able to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and bids that effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaborate with internal teams—such as operations, finance, and marketing—to ensure seamless execution of client projects and service delivery.
Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational goals.
Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar growth-focused role, preferably within a service-oriented or technology-driven industry.
Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM and business management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalents).
