We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The Integrated Marketing Specialist (Referrals, Emails, Events) will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and growth through the planning and execution of events, email marketing campaigns, and the management of the referral programme.
This role requires a highly organized, creative, and results-driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events (e.g., webinars, conferences, workshops, and networking events), managing all logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions, including list management, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
Oversee the referral programme, ensuring it aligns with company goals, driving customer acquisition, and increasing participation through targeted strategies and rewards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of events, email campaigns, and referral programme initiatives.
Create compelling content for emails, event promotions, and referral programme communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for events, email campaigns, and the referral programme, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Optimize processes and strategies across events, email marketing, and the referral programme to enhance engagement, participation, and ROI.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices across all marketing and programme activities.
Manage budgets for events, email marketing, and referral programme initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum impact.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and support for marketing and programme goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in events management, email marketing, and programme management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
