Job Title: Sales Executive / Key Account Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to join our Infinix TV and Laptop business unit.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key account customers, while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • This role plays a crucial part in driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and achieving the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and key account clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pu rsue new business opportunities to expand market share in the TV and laptop categories.
    • Develop and  execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase the brand’s visibility and footprint.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and impl ement strategic sales plans aligned with company targets and market trends.
    • Collaborate  with internal teams to align marketing and promotional efforts with sales goals.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis:
    • Prepare and prese nt regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
    • Monitor marke t trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales efforts.
  • Order & Delivery Management:
    • Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders in coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
    • Oversee after-sa les support and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide exceptional service and support to key accounts, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the electronics or consumer technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the retail and distribution landscape for consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
