Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to join our Infinix TV and Laptop business unit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key account customers, while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This role plays a crucial part in driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and achieving the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Establish, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and key account clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Business Development:
Identify and pu rsue new business opportunities to expand market share in the TV and laptop categories.
Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase the brand’s visibility and footprint.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and impl ement strategic sales plans aligned with company targets and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and promotional efforts with sales goals.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Prepare and prese nt regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Monitor marke t trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales efforts.
Order & Delivery Management:
Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders in coordination with logistics and supply chain teams.
Oversee after-sa les support and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional service and support to key accounts, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the electronics or consumer technology sector.
Strong understanding of the retail and distribution landscape for consumer electronics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Ability to travel as needed.
