About the role
As a Motion Designer, you will craft high-quality animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics that bring our digital experiences to life.
Your work will improve usability, reinforce our brand identity, and create seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms.
Through motion and storytelling, you will transform complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging experiences that build trust and connection with users.
Collaborating with product designers, engineers, and marketers, you will define motion principles, contribute to our design system, and prototype animations that drive product innovation.
Your role will be instrumental in making financial interactions feel smooth, emotionally engaging, and deeply human.
What you’ll do
Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, creating seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences.
Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams to integrate motion across product features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns.
Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer, ensuring polished execution.
Partner with engineers to ensure smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and optimal implementation.
Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance insights to refine the experience.
Stay ahead of motion trends, interaction patterns, and fintech best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, Lottie, Rive, and CSS animations.
Solid understanding of timing, easing, and physics in animation to create smooth, natural interactions.
Ability to work within a design system and contribute to scalable motion guidelines.
Experience collaborating with product designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods to communicate motion intent effectively.
Knowledge of accessibility considerations in motion design, ensuring inclusive experiences.
Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and usability considerations.
