Job Title: Marketing Manager

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, property sales, and business growth.
This role bridges marketing execution and growth management — ensuring that campaigns not only run effectively but also deliver measurable impact on revenue and platform adoption.
Working closely with the Marketing Strategist, the Marketing Manager transforms strategic plans into actionable initiatives that fuel the company’s expansion within the PropTech industry.
Core Responsibilities
Lead performance and growth marketing efforts
Track metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROI
Use data insights to scale what works and adjust underperforming campaigns
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align on growth goals.
Drive customer and revenue growth:
Develop and execute initiatives that boost sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to convert marketing leads into revenue opportunities.
Collaborate on sales enablement and conversion optimization:
Work with Sales to create marketing assets that improve lead-to-customer conversion.
Align messaging and campaigns with revenue objectives and sales funnel stages.
Optimize marketing performance for business impact
Use data insights to scale high-performing campaigns and improve ROI.
Continuously test, measure, and refine strategies to achieve growth targets.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns:
Implement strategies developed by the marketing strategist
Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital and offline channels
Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of all marketing activities.
Oversee content creation and brand communication:
Supervise production of marketing materials (social media posts, videos, flyers, etc.)
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results:
Track daily and weekly performance metrics
Adjust campaigns for better engagement, lead generation, and ROI
Provide feedback to the strategist based on execution insights.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration:
Work with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to align marketing efforts
Support product launches, events, and promotional activities
Ensure smooth flow of information and resources across teams.
Manage marketing budgets and resources:
Allocate spending efficiently across campaigns and platforms
Supervise vendors, freelancers, and media partners
Ensure cost-effective use of marketing funds.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or campaign management
Proven experience executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
Familiarity with real estate or PropTech industry trends
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment industry trends and customer behavior.
