Job Title: Secretary

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly.
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative materials.
• Support the management team with day-to-day office tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to resume immediately is desired.
• Applicants must reside within or around Ikeja for easy commute.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
