Job Objective
To perform a wide range of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments while providing expert skincare consultation and ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and result-driven services in alignment with Montaigne Limited’s luxury standards of care and excellence.
Perform a variety of non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, micro-needling, and related cosmetic treatments.
Assess clients’ skin types, conditions, and concerns to develop customized treatment plans that promote optimal results.
Administer treatments in strict adherence to medical, ethical, and safety standards.
Maintain detailed treatment records and monitor clients’ progress and satisfaction.
Consultation & Advisory:
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations, including pre-treatment assessments and post-treatment care advice.
Educate clients on the available aesthetic treatment options, expected outcomes, and possible side effects.
Advise clients on appropriate skincare routines and recommend suitable professional or retail-grade skincare products.
Provide expert guidance on the active ingredients in skincare products — explaining their benefits, mechanisms of action, and relevance to individual client needs.
Sales & Brand Support:
Promote and recommend medical-grade skincare products aligned with treatment goals and Montaigne’s brand portfolio.
Support the achievement of SPA sales targets through professional product recommendation and exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with retail and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
Compliance & Professional Standards:
Ensure all procedures and client interactions comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) to stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees and onboarding staff to ensure high professional standards within the SPA.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Cosmetology, or any related medical or aesthetic field.
Valid professional license or certification as a Clinical Nurse, Aesthetic Nurse, or Licensed Cosmetologist.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a Medical Spa, Aesthetic Clinic, or Dermatology Practice.
Demonstrated experience in cosmetic therapy and aesthetic skincare procedures.
Proven ability to recommend and sell professional or medical-grade skincare products.
Hands-on experience using aesthetic devices and skincare technologies is an added advantage.
Required Competencies:
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of cosmetic, skincare, and anti-aging treatment principles.
Knowledge of active ingredients and formulations in medical-grade skincare products.
Familiarity with professional-grade product lines, especially within luxury or premium brands.
Understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and contraindications related to aesthetic procedures.
