Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers.
• Provide accurate information about the farm’s products and services.
• Process customer's orders.
• Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Manage front office operations, including receiving guests and directing them appropriately.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with production or sales teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in a related field
• 2 - 5 years proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (experience in agricultural is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude is compulsory.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
