Job Description

• We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and experienced Operations Manager / Chief of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and ensure organizational excellence.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate marketing operations, team leadership, and business strategy execution.
• You will play a key role in managing departments, supervising marketers, and ensuring sales targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Admin, HR, and Client Relations).
• Develop and implement sales and operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve consistent monthly and quarterly targets.
• Design performance structures, track KPIs, and enforce accountability within teams.
• Conduct periodic sales meetings, training, and field reviews to boost conversion rates.
• Develop efficient workflow processes that optimize productivity and reduce operational gaps.
• Manage client pipelines, project timelines, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business innovation.
• Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards of excellence.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
• Master’s Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Business Management, Project Management, or Real Estate are added assets.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in real estate operations, marketing leadership, or business management.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales targets in the real estate or property sector.
• Strong background in strategy development, process optimization, and performance management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a sales-driven team and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate marketing operations, sales funnel management, and client engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, project management, and reporting systems.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to inspire and influence teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki-Axis for ease of coordination.
• Must be confident, assertive, and business-oriented.
• Must possess strong leadership presence and team management skills.
• Must be available for field operations, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
• Must have a strong record of leading teams to close high-value real estate deals.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,00 / month.
