Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and experienced Operations Manager / Chief of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and ensure organizational excellence.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate marketing operations, team leadership, and business strategy execution.
You will play a key role in managing departments, supervising marketers, and ensuring sales targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Admin, HR, and Client Relations).
Develop and implement sales and operational strategies that align with company goals.
Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve consistent monthly and quarterly targets.
Design performance structures, track KPIs, and enforce accountability within teams.
Conduct periodic sales meetings, training, and field reviews to boost conversion rates.
Develop efficient workflow processes that optimize productivity and reduce operational gaps.
Manage client pipelines, project timelines, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business innovation.
Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards of excellence.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
Master’s Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Professional certifications in Business Management, Project Management, or Real Estate are added assets.
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in real estate operations, marketing leadership, or business management.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales targets in the real estate or property sector.
Strong background in strategy development, process optimization, and performance management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead a sales-driven team and deliver measurable results.
Excellent strategic thinking, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of real estate marketing operations, sales funnel management, and client engagement.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management, and reporting systems.
High emotional intelligence and ability to inspire and influence teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
Other Requirements:
Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki-Axis for ease of coordination.
Must be confident, assertive, and business-oriented.
Must possess strong leadership presence and team management skills.
Must be available for field operations, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
Must have a strong record of leading teams to close high-value real estate deals.
Salary
N200,000 - N400,00 / month.
