Job Title: Videographer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a creative, skilled, and tech-savvy Videographer who can bring our brand story to life through captivating visual content.
• The ideal candidate must be able to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality property videos and lifestyle content, and must have hands-on experience with drone operations, camera gear, and mobile videography.
• You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create premium content that enhances visibility, drives engagement, and converts viewers into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality videos of real estate properties, client testimonials, and lifestyle scenes.
• Operate drones safely and professionally to capture aerial footage of estates, buildings, and locations.
• Use professional cameras and smartphones to record promotional content for digital campaigns and social media.
• Develop creative video concepts and storytelling techniques that align with brand goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan video shoots, create scripts, and manage production timelines.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, cinematic final videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage video equipment, maintain file organization, and ensure consistent video quality.
• Stay updated with trends in real estate videography, drone shooting, and content marketing.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Videography, Cinematography, or Drone Operation are added advantages.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ proven experience as a videographer, preferably within the real estate, lifestyle, or corporate marketing sector.
• Portfolio showcasing real estate videos, drone shots, and social media content is required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong knowledge of drone operation, aerial photography, and footage stabilization.
• Skilled in camera handling, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
• Creative storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media content strategy (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube, and TikTok).
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki-Axis for easy mobility.
• Must own or have access to a functional camera, drone, and editing system (preferred).
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and creative under pressure.
• Must be available for field shoots and occasional weekend assignments.
• Must have a strong creative portfolio (submit links or samples during application).
