We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a high-performing, experienced marketer who is passionate about property sales, driven by results, and capable of turning prospects into paying clients.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s sales targets and building brand presence within the Lagos real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s luxury properties and projects.
  • Source, nurture, and convert leads into clients through persuasive communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and property viewings.
  • Create innovative content for social media, digital campaigns, and offline marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and branding teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of property market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably in property sales.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital campaigns, and property lead management systems.

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki-Axis for easy mobility.
  • Must be confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
  • Must own a smartphone (and preferably a laptop) for digital marketing and reporting.
  • Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional salesmanship and persuasive ability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market, especially within Ajah and Lekki environs.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 - N300,00 / month.
