Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our online brand presence, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads through strategic social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and sales-oriented, with a deep understanding of how to leverage digital platforms to grow visibility and conversions within the real estate space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Create and manage engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
Design and schedule daily posts, Reels, and video content highlighting properties, client stories, and success testimonials.
Manage social media ad campaigns, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Drive online traffic and conversions through targeted digital marketing strategies.
Monitor analytics, track engagement, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and real estate marketing innovations.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Social Media Management are an advantage.
Experience
3–5 years’ proven experience managing social media for a real estate or lifestyle brand.
Track record of creating viral content, growing followers, and converting leads.
Portfolio of social media pages or campaigns you’ve managed is required.
Other Requirements:
Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki Axis.
Must be highly creative, disciplined, and result-driven.
Must be available for on-site content shoots and field marketing activities.
Must possess strong understanding of Lagos real estate audience and trends.
Immediate availability is a plus.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and digital storytelling.
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Later, or Buffer.
Understanding of real estate marketing funnels, ad targeting, and lead generation.
Excellent copywriting, visual communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong understanding of audience psychology and content trends.
Experience in paid ads management and ROI tracking.
Creative, organized, and proactive team player.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
