Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

About the Role

• We are hiring a forward-thinking Head of Operations to lead and optimize the company’s procurement process, inventory and EXPORT.
• The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, effective resource management, and alignment of processes with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the operations team.
• Collaborate with management to align operational processes with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between logistics, HR, finance, and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or general management roles.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience leading supply chain process.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ensure compliance with SOP across functions.
