Job Description
To provide professional administrative and marketing support to ensure smooth business operations and effective brand visibility.
The role combines administrative coordination and digital marketing execution - ensuring efficient office processes, quality communication, and the implementation of brand and marketing activities that promote the company’s image.
The position is suitable for a female candidate, organized, proactive, and skilled in multitasking across administrative and marketing functions. .
Responsibilities
Administrative Functions:
Provide administrative and clerical support to senior executives and project teams.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics, including preparing minutes and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely communication.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other business documentation.
Support travel arrangements, logistics coordination, and event organization.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure operational support.
Monitor the use and maintenance of company assets and facilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
Marketing & Brand Support:
Assist in implementing marketing plans and promotional strategies.
Support the management of the company’s digital and social media presence.
Create and post basic visual and written content (flyers, updates, campaign materials).
Coordinate photo and video content generation with internal or external creatives.
Track social media engagement, inquiries, and responses in line with brand tone.
Assist in market and competitor research to support marketing decisions.
Maintain the marketing database, mailing lists, and CRM updates.
Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activities.
Prepare progress updates and performance reports for ongoing marketing efforts.
Support in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and bid documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related discipline.
Professional training or certification in Digital Marketing, Office Administration, or Brand Communication is an added advantage.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Female candidate, preferably aged 28–late 30s.
Smart, articulate, and professional in presentation.
Energetic, reliable, and willing to learn.
