Role Summary
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead the people operations — driving HR strategy while managing the day-to-day HR functions that power our innovation-driven culture.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for shaping the organization’s HR strategy and ensuring smooth daily operations across the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, learning & development, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced technology environment, where agility, innovation, and people excellence drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the company’s business and technology objectives.
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to support scalability and innovation.
Champion a high-performance culture, embedding metrics-driven HR practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive culture transformation, engagement, and change management programs to sustain innovation and teamwork across hybrid and cross-functional teams.
Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Operational Leadership (Day-to-Day HR Functions):
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing technical and IT-skilled professionals.
Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Develop and implement learning and development programs that strengthen both technical and soft skills within the organization.
Supervise compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures with tact and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
Manage HR systems and technology tools (HRIS, ATS, LMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and produce monthly HR analytics and reports for management decision-making.
Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Time-to-fill for technical and non-technical roles.
Employee retention and engagement rate.
% completion of performance appraisals on schedule.
Training participation rate and skill improvement metrics.
HR process efficiency and compliance rate.
HR data accuracy and reporting quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR management or strategic role (preferably within IT, technology, or service industries).
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR in a tech-driven or project-based environment.
Strong understanding of modern HR systems, talent analytics, and agile HR practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operational delivery.
