Job Summary

• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and increase brand visibility.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate marketing, digital strategy, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and company services.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Organize and represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance online presence.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and media partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing within the real estate industry.
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Added Advantage:

• Experience using CRM tools and real estate listing platforms.
• Basic skills in graphic design or video content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.

Salary
Open to negotiation based on experience.
