As we continue to expand, we are building a Tutor Success Management Unit to ensure that every tutor who represents Brint delivers the highest standards of professionalism, consistency, and care.
Role Summary
The Tutor Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality, consistency, and success of Brint’s teaching team from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention.
This person will act as a talent manager and quality champion, ensuring that tutors deliver an excellent learning experience for every learner.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end tutor journey — recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance tracking.
Conduct interviews and teaching demos for prospective tutors to ensure subject mastery, communication skills, and teaching passion.
Work closely with the training team to coordinate new tutor orientation and continuous professional development.
Monitor class reports, attendance, and parent feedback to identify trends or areas needing improvement.
Carry out quality assurance checks through live/recorded class reviews and progress evaluations.
Collaborate with the Operations and HR teams to ensure timely feedback, policy compliance, and accountability for tutors.
Develop and maintain a Tutor Performance Tracker and prepare weekly reports on tutor engagement, performance, and retention.
Recognize top performers and recommend probation, retraining, or blacklisting where necessary.
Support tutors with resources and feedback that help them succeed in their classes and maintain learner satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
5+ years of teaching experience (online teaching experience is a strong advantage).
Experience in a Tutor Success, Academic Quality Assurance, Teacher Management, or similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of online learning dynamics, learner engagement, and teacher performance standards.
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about improving learning outcomes.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
