Job Title: Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Task Delegation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skill levels and monitor their progress.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day work to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and upper management, relaying information and addressing concerns.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure team members adhere to company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges, conflicts, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of employees to achieve organizational goals.

Essential Skills and Qualities

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Communication: Excellent skills to convey information and resolve issues effectively.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
