Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to manage our end-to-end customer acquisition process.
• This role is commission-based and designed for high-achievers who are motivated by unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance.
• You will drive revenue growth by creating compelling content, executing targeted email campaigns, and directly closing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
• Develop, write, and execute segmented email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive high conversion rates.
• Plan and create engaging organic content (text, graphics, video) across key social platforms to build brand awareness and community.
• Monitor all performance KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
• Exceptional writing skills for persuasive sales copy and professional correspondence.
