Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary

• They are recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to be part of the Operations Staff to join the kitchen and food preparation team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals to set standards.
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety levels.
• Assist in baking, hot/cold kitchen tasks, and meal assembly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND (culinary certificate an advantage).
• 1–3 years experience in food production or kitchen operations.
• Must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work flexible shifts.
