We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to drive brand growth and consumer conversions in Ibadan.
You’ll lead a team of marketers specializing in content creation, paid ads, design, and copywriting to deliver campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, social media psychology, and high-impact marketing strategies.
Experience in FMCG or competitive, fast-moving consumer markets is a significant advantage, as we need someone who knows how to capture attention and turn it into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital + offline) that drive consumer acquisition, conversions, and retention.
Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, including content creators, designers, ad specialists, and copywriters.
Oversee paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and measurable results.
Conceptualize and execute offline guerrilla marketing campaigns to generate buzz and drive conversions.
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to continually optimize strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage budgets and track KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver impact on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
Proven experience in social media marketing, paid media management, SEO, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong track record of driving traffic, leads, and measurable conversions through both online and offline campaigns.
Experience in FMCG or consumer-facing industries is highly desirable.
Strong skills in strategic thinking, consumer psychology, copywriting, and campaign planning.
Excellent team leadership, communication, and management abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
