Job Title: Station Manager (Fuel Station)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fuel Station Manager to oversee the operations of our Coisco Ogbakufuel station.
• As the Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting safety standards, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fuel retail industry, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of station management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Oversee fuel delivery, storage, and inventory management to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply.
• Supervise, train, and motivate station staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service. - Ensure the station is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including environmental, safety, and legal guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including daily sales, fuel stock, and cash handling, while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel sales and customer retention.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, staffing, and financial performance to senior management. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
• Perform any other duties as required by senior management.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the fuel retail industry or similar.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of fuel station operations, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required

Salary
N90,000 - N110,000 / month.
