Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group HR and Admin Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Group’s Human Resources and Administrative function across all subsidiaries.
• We’reseeking a seasoned Group HR and Admin Manager to oversee the human resourcesand administrative functions across the group.
• The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labour laws, foster employee engagement, and support leadership in driving organisational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the group’s business objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, health, safety, and company regulations.
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
• Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across all subsidiaries.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and succession planning exercises.
• Supervise administrative operations, including facilities management and general office services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / HND  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD).
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration
N18,000,000 (Eighteen Million Naira) Monthly Gross Salary.
