A consortium of leading supply chain companies invites qualified, dedicated, and motivated candidates to apply for various warehouse positions within our operations teams in Lagos and Abuja in the capacity below:

Job Title: Outbound Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Confirm dispatch orders on mSupply.
• Control of release of picklist for outbound orders based on agreed dispatch and route plan.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all picked, checked, and packed orders are arranged orderly in the staging area.
• Ensure that checked orders are confirmed on mSupply and generate delivery notes and handovers same to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support the Warehouse Assistant to ensure all packages or cartons are sealed, labelled and numbered appropriately ready for dispatch.
• Ensure the Warehouse Assistant uses the delivery note and conducts final checks with the receiving facility or the transporter before handing over the packed stock.
• Perform vehicle inspection on the vehicle to be used for the transportation for compliance.
• Supervise the loading of the vehicle.
• Retain and file a copy of the delivery note after it is duly signed.
• Debrief return copy of delivery note (proof of delivery) and report any variance to the Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Controller.
• Responsible for the filing of all outbound documents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dispatch reports.
• Perform all warehouse operations in accordance with approved standards.
• Perform all warehouse operations in accordance with EHS guidelines.
• Carry out any other task that may be assigned by the Inventory Controller.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum of National Diploma or NCE.
• Certification in Warehousing & distribution.
• At least 5 years experience in Pharma Grade Warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of mSupply.
