Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

• We’re seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, boost engagement, and increase sales of our products — including our children’s mindset books and adult guided journals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Enhance online visibility and generate qualified leads through effective SEO practices (keyword research, content optimization, and link-building).
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, PPC/SEM, social media ads, and display advertising with clear ROI targets.
• Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content aligned with Wellnest’s brand voice.
• Build and manage email marketing funnels, lead magnets, and nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the design/content team to ensure consistent brand visuals and messaging.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI) and make weekly optimizations.
• Engage authentically with our community across platforms, fostering growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience (internship and freelance experience may be considered if substantial).
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and email marketing platforms.
• Skilled in design and content creation using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Proven experience in selling physical products online is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
