About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Electrical Engineer (Level 3) to join our engineering team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex electrical installations, preparing detailed workshop and as-built drawings, and providing technical guidance to support project execution.
• This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on solving engineering challenges and contributing to innovative project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical installations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Apply advanced knowledge in lighting and power system design.
• Analyze complex electrical engineering problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Review and validate workshop and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide technical support and supervision during project execution.
• Ensure all works meet approved designs, project standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project planning and site meetings as required.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Project Engineer or Manager.

Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all company and statutory health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Promote a positive safety culture within project teams.
• Report identified hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.
• Participate in emergency response and safety drills as required.
• Encourage sustainable practices such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and preparing detailed electrical drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software (e.g., Dialux, Ecodial).
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering design and systems.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in electrical design and project execution.
• Proven experience working on complex electrical installation projects.
• Professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an advantage.
