Job Title: Branch Manager - Engineer

Location: Kano

Job Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Drive sales review meetings, analyze performance against targets, and ensure actions taken to achieve/exceed sales target.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of customer base.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams.
• Supervise projects from planning to execution stage.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales and service engineers and clients.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards, budgets and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEM, key stakeholders and industry partners.

Team Leadership:

• Train, supervises and motivate the team for maximum productivity.
• Ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints and ensures excellence in service delivery.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all operations in the branch.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and customer events.
• Willingness to travel to existing/prospective customers' locations

Financial Oversight:

• Manage the branch budget and expenditures appropriately.
• Ensure the branch financial objectives are met.
• Track project costs and ensure financial efficiency.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Report branch performance to the head office.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments on company-wide initiatives and strategies.
• Provide regular updates to management on branch performances, issues and opportunities.
• Collaboration with the head office support staff to ensure stock availability.
• Collaboration with the finance team on credit/debt management.
• Periodic reporting and review of sales and other financial data. Qualifications,

Experiences and Competencies Required

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience.
• Understanding of technical information and ability to apply information to satisfy customers' needs.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of business development.
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with contract negotiations.
• Keen attention to detail and productive time management.
• Deep commercial mindset.
• Good geographical exposure around Nigeria.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
