Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Investment Advisory Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sophisticated investment advice to clients, managing portfolios, and identifying new capital-raising opportunities.
• You will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our position in the market across real estate, securities, and other financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Provide expert, tailored investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on a range of products, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Portfolio Management: Develop, manage, and review client investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with their risk tolerance, financial goals, and market conditions.
• Capital Raising: Actively identify and pursue opportunities for capital raising for the company’s projects and investment vehicles, including private placements and structured products.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities and real estate assets.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Sales & Business Development: Proactively generate new business leads and achieve set targets for assets under management (AUM) and revenue.
• Investment Proposals: Prepare and present detailed investment proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of economic trends, regulatory changes, and developments within the real estate, banking, and stock brokerage industries.
• Compliance: Ensure all advisory activities and client interactions comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, NFIU).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate development, marketing, and finance teams to structure and promote cohesive investment products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIS, CFA, ACA, ACCA) will be a significant advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or a related role.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience and understanding of at least two of the following sectors:Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and real estate financing.
• Banking and Financial Services.
• Investment and Capital Raising.
• The Stock Brokerage Industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis software.
• Licensing: Possession of or the ability to obtain a relevant capital market license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Drive for Results: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
