The General Manager (GM) leads the daily business operations of Majeurs Holdings — ensuring that every department performs to target, every project aligns with the Majeurs
Playbook, and every staff member is empowered to deliver excellence.
You will be the integrator between vision and execution — managing people, performance, and processes to ensure the organisation runs like a well-designed system.
This role is designed for a hands-on leader who combines operational depth with emotional intelligence — someone who can inspire teams, manage complexity, and scale systems without losing culture.
Translate the CEO’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
Lead and oversee all departmental heads (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Brand, Operations, and Academy).
Ensure full compliance with the Majeurs Playbook, SOPs, and performance cadence.
Drive accountability through weekly and monthly KPI reviews — ensuring every function
operates within set targets.
Collaborate closely with the Execution & Compliance Lead, who ensures adherence to process and reporting quality.
People & Culture Leadership:
Serve as the go-to leader for all staff, ensuring alignment, clarity, and motivation across departments.
Foster a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous learning.
Coach department heads to lead effectively and manage their teams with empathy and discipline.
Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews to ensure everyhire strengthens the culture.
Recognise and reward excellence while addressing underperformance quickly and fairly.
Business Growth & Scale:
Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on executing growth strategies — including product diversification, regional expansion, and process automation
Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to translate brand visibility into sustainable revenue.
Partner with the Operations Lead (Engineering) to improve factory throughput, delivery speed, and quality control.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement lean, scalable systems to drive operational excellence.
Ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic priorities.
Financial Management & Reporting:
Work with Finance to monitor budgets, P&L, and cash flow across departments.
Maintain disciplined cost control while improving productivity and gross margins.
Present monthly financial and operational summaries to the CEO, highlighting risks, wins, and improvement areas.
Ensure data-driven decision-making through accurate, timely reporting.
Governance, Compliance & Risk:
Ensure all departments operate in compliance with internal governance standards, safety requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Oversee implementation of corrective actions recommended by the Execution & Compliance Lead:
Manage business risks proactively through structured contingency planning.
Uphold confidentiality and protect the company’s reputation at all times.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, operational, and commercial teams.
Remove bottlenecks and mediate conflicts to keep delivery timelines intact.
Partner with the Operations Lead on production flow, the Finance Lead on budget management, and the Brand Lead on cross-channel initiatives.
Align all team outputs to Majeurs’ customer promise: excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation.
