Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Level I

About the Role

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Level 1) to join our engineering and site delivery team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing workshop drawings, provide on-site technical support, and ensure that all electrical work complies with approved project specifications and standards.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer who wants to grow in electrical design, construction, and project execution within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of workshop drawings and related documentation.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of electrical work on-site under guidance.
• Interpret and execute workshop drawings accurately.
• Submit site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates as required.
• Provide technical support to site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Carry out any other related duties assigned by the project engineer or supervisor.

Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities:

• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and obey safety signage at all times.
• Report identified defects, incidents, or potential hazards immediately.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Promote a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Exposure to construction or engineering projects will be an advantage.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive learner.
• Ability to work under supervision while meeting deadlines.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Understanding of general electrical principles and standards.
